Insurance Options Job duties for Dispatcher:Responsible for the timely and accurate entering of all shipment information into PRMS and maintaining documents/files in accordance with company policies and procedures. Responsible for the coordination of shipping and receiving activities, including dock usage. Communicate with Production, Scheduling, Purchasing, Transportation, Customer Service, and the rest of the team on a regular basis (conference calls, proactive communication and information sharing as needed)Maintaining supplies and ordering as needed (includes office supplies, BOL's, templates, etc.)Dispatch all outbound loads, confirm destination, and seal trailers.
