Dispatcher - Exploria Resorts : Job Details

The Villas Service Clerk is responsible for assisting callers with any maintenance, housekeeping, grounds or any other operational issue they may have and to make sure that all calls received are expedited and dispatched to the proper departments in a timely and efficient manner. Responsibilities and Duties: Responsible for running reports as needed for maintenance, preventative Maintenance, Grounds, HVAC, housekeeping, or any other operational area as needed Input all work orders referred to the Villa Services Department by guests, visitors, staff members, or any other department on the property Distribute work order calls accordingly Follow up with all requests directed to the Villas Services Department Handle multiple tasks as necessary Handle emergency situations as needed Responsible to work independently and without constant supervision Log and input all calls as open or closed into the system Preform all tasks in a safe efficient and courteous manner Maintain a safe and clean wo...Dispatcher, Dispatch, Operations, Hotel, Driver, Skills
