In this role, you'll be responsible for ensuring the smooth daily operation of our transportation services - keeping routes on time, managing communication with drivers, and serving as a reliable point of contact for both employees and our contracted customers.

Key Responsibilities:
Monitor and manage daily bus routes and schedules
Serve as the central communication hub for drivers and monitors
Provide coaching, guidance, and frontline support to driving staff
Address and resolve customer and driver concerns professionally
Communicate directly with contracted partners regarding route changes or incidents
Assist with charter bookings, billing, payroll, or clerical support as needed
Step in as a back-up driver if necessary
Participate in special projects and help supervise daily operations
Qualifications & Experience:
3-5 years of relevant experience (dispatching, terminal operations, or driver management)
High school diploma or equivalent
Familiarity with radio dispatch systems
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Proficiency with computers and basic software tools
Ability to meet deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment
Must pass DOT drug screening and physical (Note: DOT regulations prohibit the use of Schedule I drugs, including marijuana)
