Dispatcher - Insight Global : Job Details

*Salary: $22/hr* - 5 days onsite in Medley, FL

MUST HAVES:

• 1+ year of experience dispatching high volume of local/long haul trucking moves
• Well-developed customer service skills: ability to meet/deal with customers effectively
• High school diploma
• Bilingual in English and Spanish

Day to day:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Dispatcher with experience in truckload, container drayage, or intermodal freight to coordinate and manage the daily movement of trucks and containers. This role requires strong communication, scheduling, and problem-solving skills to ensure timely pickups, deliveries, and turnarounds while meeting customer and port requirements. There is a very high volume of work to be done so it is crucial this individual is hard working and driven. Lastly, it is important that this individual has great communication, as they will be dealing with customers directly.
