We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Dispatcher to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating schedules, managing communication between field personnel and clients, and ensuring timely service delivery. Key Responsibilities
- Receive and prioritize incoming service requests, calls, and emails.
- Schedule and dispatch drivers, technicians, or field personnel to appropriate locations.
- Monitor job progress and communicate updates with customers and internal teams.
- Maintain accurate records of assignments, routes, and service timelines.
- Resolve scheduling conflicts or delays in real-time to ensure operational efficiency.
- Provide exceptional customer service and act as a primary point of contact for inquiries.
Qualifications - High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification is a plus.
- Previous experience as a dispatcher or in a scheduling/coordinating role preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask under pressure.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency with scheduling software, GPS systems, or Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Pay Details: $20.00 to $23.00 per hour
