Dispatcher - Automation Personnel Services : Job Details

Automation Personnel Services is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Dispatcher to support daily logistics operations. The Dispatcher will be responsible for scheduling drivers, tracking shipments, and ensuring timely pickups and deliveries while maintaining communication with internal teams and customers. Pay Rate$17.00 - $20.00 DOE Schedule and Hours. Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5 pm Dispatcher Duties and Responsibilities. Dispatch drivers and coordinate daily routes. Monitor delivery schedules and resolve any delays or issues. Communicate effectively with drivers, customers, and warehouse staff. Maintain accurate records of deliveries and driver logs. Ensure DOT compliance and safety protocols are followed. Data Entry Dispatcher Qualifications and Requirements Bilingual - English and Spanish is a must 3 years prior experience in dispatching, preferably in a logistics or manufacturing setting.
