Position Summary: The Dispatcher is responsible for coordinating and communicating with clients, homeowners, and the Technicians to maintain the scheduling of all projects.The Dispatcher's primary duties include but are not limited to:

Hours Tuesday-Saturday(10a-7p Tue-Fri, then 8a-5p on Sat)
Pay $20-24/hr
Desired Skills and ExperiencePosition Summary: The Dispatcher is responsible for coordinating and communicating with clients, homeowners, and the Technicians to maintain the scheduling of all projects.The Dispatcher's primary duties include but are not limited to:calling contact person upon receiving a project from Sales team, client, or Sales Assistant to schedule an appointment for testingcoordinating and communicating with Field Manager and Technicians to ensure proper scheduling of projectscommunicating and coordinating with Sales Assistant to inform Sales team of status of projects as neededsending work orders to Technicianscreating file folders for projects that have been scheduledmaintaining project schedule on Titan ES to ensure there are no scheduling conflictsfollowing up with all Pending/Unscheduled projects dailyverifying accuracy of information on work orders with clientsmonitoring and managing Titan ES for accuracy regarding status of jobskeeping management and Technicians informed of next day work schedules via daily emails at end of daymaintaining appointments and approved time off on Palm calendar & emailing to management dailychecking messages from voicemail system every morning and as necessaryrescheduling projects as necessaryanswering telephone calls, conveying messages, and responding to emails in a timely mannerQualifications:To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
