The Company provides essential transportation services including multi-mode operations, integrated command centers, electric vehicle (EV) infrastructure, technology, analytics and business intelligence, maintenance, cleaning, and rider experience measurement! Shift Details: Full-Time; Monday - Friday 2:00pm to 10:30pm Job Summary: The role of dispatcher involves coordinating the movement of resources (such as vehicles, personnel, or equipment) to fulfill service requests or respond to emergencies efficiently and effectively. Dispatchers receive and prioritize incoming requests, communicate with field personnel to relay instructions or updates, monitor operations to ensure compliance with schedules and safety regulations, and provide support in resolving any issues or emergencies that may arise during operations. Additionally, dispatchers may be responsible for maintaining records, updating databases, and communicating with customers to provide status updates or gather necessary information. Overall, the role requires strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills to facilitate smooth operations and ensure customer satisfaction. Key Role and Responsibilities:

• Notify customers promptly of relevant issues

• Provide field support as required
• Assign and review duties for compliance with policies and procedures
• Demonstrate professionalism and proper phone etiquette
• Perform any other assigned duties
• Completion of service surveys may require operation of client or organization vehicles to service areas

Qualifications, Experience and Education Requirements:

• A degree is highly recommended, but a high school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Minimum of 1 - 4 years of related field experience, such as customer service, transportation, logistics, or emergency services, is often preferred. Entry-level positions may require little to no prior experience, while senior or specialized roles may require several years of relevant experience.
• Must have clear driving record
