We're looking for a detail-oriented Dispatch Specialist to manage and maintain fuel inventories, organize efficient deliveries, and support our drivers and contractors to ensure exceptional customer service. This is more than a dispatching role - it's a chance to be at the center of our operations, making a tangible impact on our efficiency and service excellence. What You'll Do

• Coordinate and schedule fuel deliveries, optimizing inventory levels and responding quickly to orders
• Support drivers with clear instructions and electronic manifests, and handle time cards and payroll
• Maintain strong relationships with customers, drivers, and outside contractors
• Monitor and adapt to traffic, weather, and supply conditions for seamless service
• Ensure regulatory compliance and represent Reid Petroleum professionally
• Take on on-call responsibilities as needed and support the team with flexibility and dedication
