Base pay range

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Dispatcher Bookkeeper. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating and dispatching service calls, as well as handling bookkeeping tasks for the company.

• Receive and prioritize service calls from customers
• Dispatch technicians to service locations in a timely manner
• Maintain accurate records of service calls and technician schedules
• Handle invoicing and billing for services rendered
• Reconcile accounts and prepare financial reports
• Assist with general office duties as needed

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Prior experience in dispatching or bookkeeping preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and accounting software
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
