Love produce? So do we! We are seeking a detail-oriented Dispatcher/Bookkeeper to join our team. This role is responsible for ensuring the accuracy of processing invoices by cross-referencing them with return logs, issuing credits, and supporting documents. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, have strong attention to detail, and be able to collaborate effectively with warehouse and office staff, trucking companies, and customers to ensure seamless processing of returns.

• Dispatch will process Drivers paperwork when they return from their daily routes
• Dispatch bookkeeper will issue credits for customers
• Ability to reconcile across several documents for accurate bookkeeping
• Responsible for recording payments from customers
• Assist warehouse personnel with paperwork from dispatch office
• Learn how to route daily deliveries from dispatch office

• Bookkeeping background
• Excellent communication and verbal skills
• English required; Spanish is a plus
• Available to work Saturdays
• Working knowledge of Excel
• Detail-oriented and well-organized

• $20-$24 per hour based on experience
