Responsibilities Include:

• Coordinate and dispatch appropriate personnel, including law enforcement or emergency response teams, in response to alarm signals or customer requests.
• Deliver prompt and empathetic responses to activated alarm signals, ensuring utmost customer satisfaction.
• Exhibit exceptional verbal communication skills and maintain composure while addressing individual customer needs.
• Stay updated on company policies, procedures, and industry regulations related to alarm monitoring and dispatch services.

Qualifications for Success:

• Exhibit white-glove customer service to uphold our commitment to excellence.
• Proficiency in utilizing computer and phone equipment for prolonged periods, coupled with a minimum typing speed of 30 words per minute, is essential.
• Prior experience in a call center environment is advantageous, along with the ability to communicate effectively over the phone.
• Ability to thrive under moderate stress for efficient performance in demanding situations.

Key Requirements:

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• A high school diploma or equivalent qualification is mandatory.
• Successful candidates will undergo background checks and drug screening.
