Answer 211 phone lines, communicate directly with callers, and provide a high level of customer service to both people experiencing homeless and community stakeholders. Dispatch CORE teams using the ARC GIS dispatch system and keep record of dispatch assignments. Communicate directly with the CORE teams regarding community needs. Provide information about shelter bed availability to CORE teams and alert CCACS, CCYCS, and ECIHP shelters of incoming placements. Provide information about warming center availability and coordinate placements as needed. Run persons seeking shelter and warming center placement through the Megan's Law database. Collaborate with team members, including the HMIS Agency Administrator and program management team to support movement or completion of activities and projects. Enter data into the Homeless Management Information System (HMIS) and other various data management systems as assigned. Ensure all CORE HMIS documents are properly stored and secure.
