Dispatch Associate - Global Medical Response : Job Details

American Medical Response (AMR) Rochester, NY Dispatcher Starting pay is $21.00 /hr. and up, based on experience! We are currently offering a three dollar differential for weekend shifts and a one dollar differential for night shifts! Were hiring Dispatchers that will respond to emergency and non-emergency calls for ambulance and transportation services in addition to providing equipment and other support to our EMTs, Paramedics, and other staff. This person assigns and routes transportation requests, interacts with ambulance crew members, and can provide clear communication in all situations to ensure quality support and care to our customers. We provide 24/7/365 service to the City of Rochester and other entities that we serve. Responsibilities: Uses a combination of telephone, radio, and other forms of communication to identify and dispatch the closest, most appropriate emergency vehicle to specific emergencies.
