What You'll Do: Maintain daily sanitation logs for dish machines and manual pot-washing stations. Ensure the dish machine and manual washing sinks are properly maintained, stocked, and functioning. Monitor high-traffic areas closely to prevent accidents, including slips, trips, and falls. Properly use dish racks and equipment to avoid damage to wares.
