Preparing tableware for washing Collecting all soiled pots, washes and restacks cleaned pots on shelves Responsible for removal of garbage and refuse Mopping, scrubbing, rinsing and polishing hard floors. Washing walls and ceiling tiles Cleaning and sanitizing all cooking equipment Proper maintenance and distribution of company assets Setting up dishwashing machine Stacking and stores clean dishes in proper kitchen areas. Recognizing and using appropriate chemicals. Cleaning all floors.
