• Wash and organize BOH dishes
• Assist in cleaning kitchen, dining, and patio areas
• Support team with tasks like wrapping brisket, prepping cold items, and taking out trash
• Help during peak hours and assist where needed in BOH
• Perform various BOH duties including smoker, baker, hot & cold prep
• Help organize and restock inventory
