Dishwasher - Penn National Gaming - Penn Entertainment : Job Details

The dishwasher is responsible for washing and drying dishes, cookware, and kitchen utensils by hand or using a dishwasher. They also clean meat slicers, ovens, fridges, cooker hoods, and other kitchen equipment. They wash and disinfect kitchen floors and surfaces, remove kitchen waste, and provide assistance to cooks/chefs and other kitchen personnel where necessary. ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES - Inspects, operates, and troubleshoots utility machinery/equipment- Completes work requests when needed - Cleans up after banquets- Distributes appropriate dishware assigned to a specific function and verifies items returned- inspects equipment used for transporting materials for events and reports any damages- Maintains inventory of dishware- Organizes storerooms and chemical closets- Ensures that all deliming procedures are performed correctly for dishwashers, ice machines, and steamers- Disassembles kitchen equipment for cleaning proposes and reassembles after completion of tasks BRING US YOU...Dishwasher, Restaurant, Kitchen, Equipment
