Interacts with residents, families, staff and other visitors to the community in a pleasant, respectful and courteous manner. - Acts as a positive representative of the community at all times. - Recognizes that residents and families are in fact customers to the business and endeavors to do everything possible to make meal periods enjoyable. - Recognizes that ''No or can't-do-it are business losers and must be removed from the working vocabulary. - Washes and inspects all dishware and glassware. Stored clean utensil, dishes and glassware in proper places. - Keeps dishwashing machine and dish room in clean operating condition. Reports any malfunctions or breakdowns of equipment to the Dining Services Director. - Sweeps and mops kitchen area and waitress stations and cleans filters over stove area. - May assist servers with serving and bringing dishes to kitchen when necessary. - May sets up meal trays, food carts and dining areas as directed. - May deliver food carts, trays, etc. to ...Dishwasher, Restaurant
