Dishwasher - Omni Hotels & Resorts : Job Details

BE A PART OF HISTORY, AND JOIN US AT THE #1 RESORT IN THE MID-ATLANTIC Responsibilities Ensure all kettles are cleaned when shift begins. Wash all pits and pans and store neatly. All food stains, smoke stain, etc. must be removed before storage takes place. Floor and trashcans must stay clean. Keep the workspace clear. All counters must be cleaned at the end of the shift. Meet all cleaning and sanitation requirements. Load dishwasher with dirty dishes as needed. Make sure that the dishwasher machine is cleaning properly. Keep and maintain a clean workstation at all times. Make sure that the dishes are clean and sanitized. Sweep and mop kitchen as needed. Clean walls as needed. HOTEL SPECIFIC FUNCTIONS: Assist culinary staff with any needs MARGINAL FUNCTIONS:Respond to any reasonable task as assigned by supervisor or manager. Assist in other departments as needed.
