This is where it all starts. At Felipe's, our dishwashers are the backbone of the kitchen-keeping things clean, safe, and running smooth. As a dishwasher, you'll do more than wash pots and pans (though you'll definitely do that too!). You'll learn how a real scratch kitchen operates by:

• Prioritizing tasks
• Managing your time
• Working fast, smart, and clean

You'll be responsible for:

• Cleaning and sanitizing all kitchen tools, dishes, plates, silverware, and equipment.
• Keeping the dish area sparkling clean-floors, walls, sinks, racks, and dish machine.
• Proper disposal of kitchen garbage and cardboard.
• Jumping in on basic prep work and assisting the team when needed.

This is an entry-level position-but it's the first step toward a big future. Show up, work hard, and keep it clean-and you'll be on your way to bigger roles in the kitchen. Your direct supervisor is the Manager on Duty (MOD)-but you'll be working shoulder to shoulder with an awesome team that's got your back.
