You show up ready to support your crew, keep things clean and organized, and help create a smooth, efficient service. What You'll Do
- Fulfill all opening and closing cleaning duties.
- Follow your schedule as written unless otherwise directed by management.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and sanitary workspace throughout your shift.
- Operate dishwashing equipment and properly use a 3-compartment sink.
- Communicate with both FOH and BOH teams to support their needs during service.
- Efficiently clean all plates, glassware, and utensils while keeping up with the pace of the shift.
- Assist with general BOH support as needed.
- Exhibit strong multi-tasking skills in a high-volume environment.
What We'll Need From you
- A strong work ethic and the ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented kitchen.
- Attention to cleanliness, detail, and kitchen safety.
- Ability to lift, carry, and stand for long periods of time.
- Willingness to help wherever needed - dishwasher, prep, and general kitchen support.
- Ability to communicate effectively; being able to communicate in Spanish is a plus but not required.
- Weekend and evening availability.
- Previous BOH experience is a plus, but we're happy to train the right person with a great attitude.
