We help companies improve the quality and effectiveness of their operations by integrating process innovation, human dynamics, analysis, and data technology capabilities.

The Disaster Recovery Analyst will develop and maintain Disaster Recovery, Business Continuity, and Business Recovery Plans.

Duties And Responsibilities
  • Coordinate the development and implementation of plans and procedures to ensure IT services supporting critical business functions can resume within a predefined time frame in the event of a disaster with minimal data loss.
  • Support the development of testing strategies and objectives, including scope and resources.
  • Collaborate with the government to develop the Business Impact Analysis (BIA).
  • Support documentation and formulation of end-to-end technology recovery plans with IT teams, including infrastructure, network, application, and security.
  • Schedule and coordinate test exercises to ensure compliance with federal policies and procedures.
  • Support the IT recovery process, report validation exercise results, and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Provide 24/7/365 on-call coverage with other Disaster Recovery Analysts.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Associates degree or relevant experience.
  • 3+ years experience in Disaster Recovery, Business Continuity, and Business Recovery Plans.
  • 5+ years of technical experience supporting, managing, and architecting Disaster Recovery.
  • Background check clearance.
Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities
  • Thorough knowledge of disaster recovery planning techniques and risk analysis methods.
  • Understanding of Disaster Recovery, Business Continuity, and Business Recovery Plans in relation to federal laws and regulations.
  • Ability to obtain an IA drivers license for operating government vehicles.
  • Ability to work nights, weekends, holidays, and on-call 24/7/365.
