Apply now and take the first step toward a rewarding career!ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIESBasic Qualifications:Technical knowledge and ability to read instructions, specifications, drawings etc.Ability to use tools (hand tools, pneumatic tools, power tools)Ability to work in a fast-paced environmentGood understanding of quality control proceduresGood verbal communication skills.Safely and effectively complete quality disassembly process according to Tri Star standards.Responsibilities:Read and follow instructions and established procedures.Collect all tools needed to complete the procedure.Recognize the correct orientation of complex components.Maintain tools and equipment in good condition.Report issues, malfunctions, or defective components.Maintain a Tour Ready work environment.PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTSExcellent hand-eye coordination and physically able to perform position requirementsAble to stand on cement floors for 8 plus hoursAbility to lift and install engine components weighing 40 lbs. repeatability and 80 lbs. occasionallyENVIRONMENT / EQUIPMENT & MACHINERY This position is in a manufacturing environment, primarily focused on the warehouse and disassembly area. Must be able to work in cramped spaces or underneath vehicles that may require getting into awkward positions. May regularly wear personal protective equipment (PPE).
