Director-In Training - Childcare Network - Child Development Schools : Job Details

Completion of all Child Development Schools Director training requirements. Recruit, select, train, and orientate staff following Company and state guidelines. Supervise and evaluate all school personnel. Schedule staff and arrange for substitutes in order to meet state ratios. Schedule staff and arrange for substitutes in order to meet state ratios.
