What You'll Do. Partner with Local Clubs. Consult with Club leaders to assess professional development systems and deliver customized support. Help organizations build and strengthen training strategies that support whole-child development and improve youth outcomes. Serve as a trusted partner and thought leader in capacity-building conversations. Design and Deliver Learning Experiences. Develop evidence-informed, competency-based trainings grounded in adult learning principles. Create learning journeys, onboarding tools, and job aids to strengthen staff development pipelines. Apply data and feedback to continuously improve training quality and learner experience. Build and Activate National Trainer Network. Advance the National Trainers Initiative (NTI) by equipping a national network of facilitators to decentralize training delivery. Design scalable tools, templates, and resources that help trainers deliver high-quality learning.
