Fidelity's Workplace Digital Experience (WDX) architecture team is looking for an experienced customer-focused digital solution architect to help us build the next generation of cross-channel shared digital experiences for our external customers, internal associates, and client agents. In this role, you will be a critical resource bringing together business and technical teams as we seek to modernize and transform digital capabilities within our Defined Contribution (DC), Defined Benefits (DB), and Stock Plan Services products. The resulting experience, available on both web and mobile platforms, will be used by millions of customers across the US and Puerto Rico as they save for retirement, invest assets, build wealth, and ultimately withdraw money to live out their dreams!
