Director Workplace Design - Highmark : Job Details

This job is responsible for leading the Workplace Design Team for Corporate Real Estate Services as it relates to the enterprise real estate portfolio strategy, occupancy planning, architectural design from testfit through full construction documentation for bidding and permitting, and construction administration. Additional responsibilities include leading the design team in selection and maintenance of Corporate Design Standards, maintenance of real estate portfolio asbuilt drawings, signage design, and space assignment. Works closely with Business Client Relationship Management teams to understand Business needs and provide design and occupancy solutions. Maintains relationship with the internal and external teams with timely and accurate project design updates and support. Participates in relationships with external partners, (i.e. preferred design and construction vendors, etc.).
