Position Details
We are seeking a Director in Human Capital Advisory to lead workforce transformation initiatives across various industries, focusing on areas such as Organization Design & Effectiveness, Target Operating Model Strategy, Skills Development, Performance Management, Workforce Planning, Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, Leadership Development, Talent Assessments, Employee Experience, and Diversity, Equity & Inclusion.
Responsibilities
Identify and develop new client relationships, manage existing accounts, and deliver workforce transformation services.Lead cross-functional teams to ensure excellent client service, stakeholder engagement, and project management.Develop thought leadership, tools, resources, and training related to workforce transformation.Contribute to the development of business methodologies, articles, whitepapers, and guides.Support business development efforts through opportunity identification and proposal assistance.Qualifications
At least twelve years of relevant experience in areas such as organization design, workforce strategy, skills development, performance management, talent acquisition, learning and development, leadership development, talent assessments, employee experience, or diversity and inclusion. Preferably ten years in advisory roles within a major consulting firm.Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree in I/O Psychology, Organizational Development, or related field preferred.Experience leading business transformation initiatives with a strong understanding of business processes and project management.Proven ability to manage client portfolios, prioritize tasks, and engage stakeholders across organizational levels.Legal authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future.Additional Information
This role requires travel as necessary. Salary ranges vary by location; for California, the range is $165,000 - $319,000.
