This is a permanent position and offers an outstanding opportunity to join a growing and innovative company in the Manufacturing industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the manufacturing process, ensuring that our operations run smoothly and efficiently. This role is at the heart of our company, and its impact will be felt across all departments. We are looking for a leader who can inspire, motivate, and drive operational excellence.Responsibilities:1. Oversee all daily operations of the plant from production and manufacturing to ensuring policies and procedures are followed.2. Develop processes that will maximize stewardship, safety, quality and productivity.3. Plan, organize, direct and run optimum day-to-day operations to exceed our customers expectations.4. Increase production, assets capacity and flexibility while minimizing unnecessary costs and maintaining current quality standards.5. Allocate resources effectively and fully utilize assets to produce optimal results.6. Implement strategies in alignment with strategic initiatives and provide a clear sense of direction and focus.7. Monitor operations and trigger corrective actions.8. Share a trusting relationship with workgroup and recruit, manage and develop plant staff.9. Collect and analyze data to find places of waste or overtime.10. Commit to plant safety procedures.11. Develop systems and processes that track and optimize productivity and standards, metrics and performance targets to ensure effective return on assets.12. Stay up to date with latest production management best practices and concepts.Qualifications:1. Bachelor s degree in Business Management or a related field. An MBA or related advanced degree is preferred.2. A minimum of 5+ years of experience in a senior management role within a chemical manufacturing environment.3. Proven work experience in a plant leadership role, with a deep understanding of production, plant, and manufacturing processes.4. Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) is essential.5. Demonstrated ability to inspire and lead a team, with strong interpersonal and communication skills.6. Proven ability to develop and implement effective strategies and business plans.7. Strong understanding of industry standards, safety standards, and operational best practices.8. Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.9. Demonstrated financial acumen, with the ability to analyze data and use it to drive operational improvements.10. Proficient in MS Office and ERP software.11.
