Veterinary Education Effective Date: July 2025 Exempt Status: (PART-TIME) Location: Remote Job Summary: Zuku is seeking a strategic and experienced Director of Veterinary CE to help launch and lead ZukuCE-a new, subscription-based continuing education platform built for today's busy veterinary professionals. In this pivotal role, you will shape the ZukuCE offering from the ground up. You will create and manage the CE content roadmap, recruit and coordinate expert presenters, ensure RACE and state compliance, and guide the full product lifecycle-from live webinars to on-demand content. You will be part of a cross-functional team of professionals focused on the CE product and will collaborate closely with Zuku's leadership team-bringing years of test prep expertise to CE course development. Supervisory Responsibilities:
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Define and Lead the CE Content Strategy Develop a data-informed content roadmap aligned with licensure requirements, learner needs, and emerging trends in veterinary medicine.
- Recruit and Manage Expert Contributors Identify, onboard, and collaborate with high-quality presenters and subject matter experts across a variety of CE topics.
- Ensure Regulatory and Accreditation Compliance Oversee RACE application and renewal processes and ensure all courses align with state-specific CE criteria, with support from an LMS and accreditation administrator.
- Oversee CE Product Delivery Manage the planning, execution, and optimization of weekly live webinars and an expanding library of on-demand courses.
- Drive Quality and Learner Value Use feedback, analytics, and industry insights to continuously improve ZukuCE's content, delivery, and learner experience.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Proven experience in CE content development, accreditation, or program leadership
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
- A passion for advancing veterinary education and supporting career-long learning
- Familiarity with RACE and state-specific CE licensure requirements
Education and Experience:
- Licensed DVM in good standing, with at least 5 years of clinical experience
- Experience working with continuing education (CE), professional development, or regulatory compliance is a plus.
Physical Requirements: Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
