Coordinate cross-functional market access planning and execution, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and decision points are aligned across the portfolio. Lead enterprise tracking of pull-through initiatives, identifying gaps in capabilities and working with regional operational leads and driving consistency across therapeutic areas and customer segments. Establish and manage portfolio wide payer ATU assessing market needs and trends. Work with brand V&A leads to assess launch readiness by product and market evolution. Establish and manage access-related KPIs that measure performance across account execution, and customer impact. Ensure all brands payer readiness and operational processes to improve execution across teams.
