Job Description :

The Director of Treasury Operations will oversee all aspects of treasury management, including cash forecasting, liquidity management, banking relationships, and risk mitigation. This role is vital in supporting the company's growth by ensuring robust treasury processes, compliance, and operational excellence.

This position is suitable for a strategic, hands-on finance professional with experience in private equity-backed organizations, a deep understanding of treasury operations, and strong knowledge of adtech business dynamics.

Responsibilities include:

  • Leading and managing treasury operations such as cash management, liquidity planning, and cash flow forecasting to ensure optimal working capital and funding availability.
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with banking partners, credit providers, and financial institutions.
  • Overseeing daily cash positioning and ensuring appropriate investment of excess cash balances.
  • Managing XR's corporate insurance program, including supervising our self-insured workers' compensation policy.
  • Managing and optimizing corporate banking arrangements, treasury systems, and payment platforms.
  • Monitoring and mitigating financial risks, including foreign exchange, interest rate, and counterparty risks.
  • Ensuring compliance with internal controls, treasury policies, and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborating with FP&A, Accounting, and Corporate Finance teams to align treasury activities with financial planning and reporting.
  • Supporting debt management activities, including covenant compliance, debt issuance, and refinancing processes.
  • Leading treasury technology implementations and process improvements to enhance efficiency and scalability.
  • Providing treasury insights and reports to senior leadership and private equity stakeholders.
  • Managing and developing the treasury team, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

    • Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA or relevant treasury certification (e.g., CTP) preferred.
    • At least 8 years of progressive experience in treasury operations or corporate finance, ideally within private equity-backed or high-growth tech companies.
    • Strong expertise in cash management, liquidity planning, and banking relationships.
    • Experience with treasury management systems (TMS) and ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, Oracle).
    • Solid understanding of foreign exchange risk management and hedging strategies.
    • Proven ability to manage complex financial transactions and negotiations with banks.
    • Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
    • Leadership experience with team development and mentorship skills.
    • High integrity, attention to detail, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
