Our Client

A national leader in residential and commercial HVAC services, this company specializes in heating, air conditioning, indoor air quality, and related home services.

Role

Seeking a Director of Treasury with deep experience in Asset-Backed Securitization (ABS). This role is critical to overseeing the company's securitization strategy and capital markets activities, supporting rapid growth in lending and leasing products.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the execution of ABS term deals and manage conduit/warehouse borrowing
• Maintain strong relationships with banks, credit rating agencies, and other capital providers
• Oversee post-issuance servicing, reporting, and compliance (incl. Reg AB)
• Monitor liquidity, interest rate risk, and capital needs
• Interpret and manage legal agreements related to borrowing
• Provide strategic input on treasury and funding decisions

Qualifications

• 7+ years of relevant experience, including securitization
• Strong understanding of ABS, capital markets, interest rate risk, and investor reporting
• Experience with treasury systems and financial software
• Excellent communication and relationship management skills
• Advanced degree or CFA preferred
• Willingness to work in a hybrid model (3+ days onsite)
