Responsible for the day-to-day transaction management activities for a diverse portfolio of properties on behalf of one of our largest Global Occupier Services clients. Primarily responsible for wealth management portfolio transactions. Job Description. The Director Transaction Management will manage, the following general account functions:General. Manage C&W Transaction Managers to ensure effective negotiations of business terms for a wide variety of transactions including renewals, sale, sublease, and purchase Oversee the flow of key documentation and client communications Lead and / or facilitate client meetings Participate in C&W business reviews and key client meetings. Transaction Management:Responsible for transaction management team and service delivery. Execute a high-volume of transactions.
