Tatum is supporting a private equity group who is looking for a Director to join their organization. The firm is based in DFW and invests in a variety of industries including manufacturing & distribution, services, and tech enabled businesses. The firm is very acquisitive, and while they diligently manage their portfolio companies, their primary focus is creating value and growth through acquisitions. This is a great opportunity to join an ex[ \r\n\t. Work closely with Managing Directors (M - Ds) on all aspects of investment activity - from origination to exit\r\n\t. Evaluate and advise on investment opportunities per the firm's investment criteria; establish an investment thesis and help with structuring/negotiating terms for the investment\r\n\t. Build and maintain relationships with business owners and various referral partners to help with deal flow\r\n\t.
