About the Role
We are seeking a Director to run our rapidly scaling TikTok Shop for Harry's and Flamingo products. In this role, you will blend your expertise across channel strategy, creative thinking, affiliate partnerships, merchandising, and performance optimization. You will be responsible for the TikTok Shop P&L, and work cross-functionally with our growth marketing, brand marketing, product, and supply chain teams.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who understands the cultural relevance of TikTok and the mechanics of social commerce.

That said, our salary ranges are based on paying competitively for our size and industry, and are one part of our total rewards package, which also includes a comprehensive set of benefits and our equity program. The base salary hiring range for this position is $158,400 - $217,800, but the final compensation offer will ultimately be based on the candidate's location, skill level, and experience.
