  • Scheduling & Logistics: Oversee and manage program scheduling, ensuring smooth coverage for vacations, school breaks, and unexpected absences, with proactive planning and problem-solving.
  • Create a Positive Environment: Cultivate a safe, welcoming, and structured therapeutic space that fosters engagement and promotes growth for youth and families.
  • Innovative Programming: Lead the implementation of current and new programming, including evidence-based practices like trauma-informed care and CBT.
  • Collaborate & Coordinate: Act as a liaison between families, schools, outside services, and the program to ensure smooth operations and support.
  • Clinical Services & Consultation: Provide clinical services to youth and families, offer consultation to staff and external providers, and ensure progress toward goals.
  • Data & Reporting: Oversee the collection, analysis, and reporting of youth and family outcomes, ensuring a focus on continuous improvement.
  • Professional Development: Actively participate in supervision, staff meetings, and ongoing training to ensure you and your team are at the top of your game.

What You Bring to the Table:

  • Required:
  • A Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Psychology, Mental Health Counseling, Social Work).
  • Applicable licensure (Licensed Clinician).
  • A valid Massachusetts driver's license.
  • 5+ years of experience in both managerial and clinical roles within a therapeutic treatment setting for youth and families.
  • Expertise in clinical information management and proficiency with computer systems.
  • Strong communication skills, both oral and written, with an ability to produce detailed reports on time.
  • Proven experience in supervisory roles, guiding staff to success.
  • Preferred:
  • Experience in budget management, financial tracking, and expanding program offerings.

What You'll Need to Succeed:

  • An ability to balance multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with a talent for building relationships and addressing needs professionally.
  • Comfort with sitting for extended periods, managing tasks at a work station, and attending offsite meetings and events.
  • Physical ability to lift packages up to 10 pounds, perform Medication Administration (MAP), and Therapeutic Crisis Intervention (TCI) functions.
  • A passion for creating positive change and supporting youth in their development.
