Director - Technology PMO - Ameriprise Financial : Job Details

Collaborate with senior technology leaders and other executives to define long-term infrastructure roadmaps and investment strategies. Strategic oversight of the infrastructure project portfolio, ensuring alignment with enterprise IT and business strategies. Define and enforce PMO governance frameworks, methodologies, and performance standards. Lead executive-level stakeholder engagement and communication across business units and external partners. Oversee resource planning, financial management, and risk mitigation for complex infrastructure programs. Provide leadership and mentorship to project managers and infrastructure teams. Deliver executive dashboards, KPIs, and strategic insights to senior leadership. Drive process improvements within the PMO function, focusing on efficiency, scalability, and quality.
