Position Summary

The Director of Technical Strategy and Delivery will focus on technical strategy, delivery, and enterprise architecture. Responsibilities include aligning the company's technology vision with its business goals, driving innovation through architecture, ensuring seamless technology delivery, and overseeing operational groups such as End User Support, Systems Administration and Engineering, Cloud Services, and Network Administration and Engineering.

Technical Strategy, Vision, and Competencies

• Develop and execute a comprehensive technology strategy aligned with organizational goals.
• Stay ahead of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to guide innovation and maintain a competitive advantage.

Enterprise Architecture

• Define and maintain the enterprise architecture roadmap to ensure scalability, security, and operational efficiency.
• Lead initiatives to modernize legacy systems and integrate new technologies, maintaining alignment with business needs.
• Establish and enforce technology standards, policies, and governance frameworks.

Technical Delivery

• Oversee design, implementation, and delivery of high-quality technology solutions.
• Partner with cross-functional teams for timely project delivery.
• Monitor KPIs and operational metrics for continuous improvement.

Operational Leadership

Act as a trusted advisor to executive leadership, providing insights on technology opportunities, risks, and investments. Provide oversight to:

• End User Support: Ensure excellent support and foster a service-oriented culture.
• Systems Administration and Engineering: Maintain and optimize core systems and infrastructure.
• Cloud Services: Lead cloud strategy, ensuring scalability, security, and cost-effectiveness.
• Network Administration and Engineering: Ensure network performance, security, and availability.
