Own the evaluation implementation and administration of technical platforms that support the Pre-Sales organization. Partner with IT Sales. Ops and Enablement to ensure tools are scalable adopted and optimized for value delivery. Identify risks and develop scalable solutions for demo delivery POC tracking workflows technical onboarding and solution architecture processes. Build and refine workflows that support pre-sales motions across the buyer journey. Oversee the architecture maintenance and governance of scalable demo environments sandbox instances and technical assets used by team members. Establish and assure leadership adherence to budgets schedules work plans and performance requirements. Collaborate with senior management and executives to define and ensure success of department strategy.
