Position Summary

The Director of Talent/Human Capital Analytics will transform organizational strategy into a strategic workforce plan that ensures the right talent is in place to drive future success. Partnering with senior stakeholders, including business leaders, HR business partners, and talent acquisition. This leader will forecast and define future talent requirements, assess organizational readiness, and develop analytics-based talent strategies. They will ensure the organization has the optimal workforce, people in the right roles at the right time, to execute strategic objectives effectively.

Essential Responsibilities

  • Establish standardized, high-integrity data analytics frameworks across the organization to identify trends, gaps, improvements, and areas of decline, enabling proactive decision-making.
  • Consolidate data from multiple HR and financial systems (e.g., Workday, iCIMS, SAP, OneStream) to craft meaningful reports for diverse stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with business partners to gain deeper insights beyond data, benchmark top practices, and uncover leading performance drivers.
  • Validate analytic insights and co-design solutions with finance, talent acquisition, and resource management teams to ensure accurate performance insights and continuous improvement.
  • Generate external benchmarks and trend data to inform internal talent strategy with market best practices.
  • Monitor key performance indicators against plan, highlight trends, and support stakeholder corrective and proactive actions. Maintain engagement with partners to drive implementation of improvement plans.
  • Develop and deliver reports for external compliance, Board reviews, and internal performance assessments.
  • Work alongside global HR Operations and HRIS teams to scale analytic capabilities, including rapid integration of analytics for new organizational units or acquisitions.
  • Implement standardized processes to operationalize insights and ensure stakeholder adoption and organizational value.
  • Leverage People Analytics communities or comparable forums to nurture HR analytical maturity and cultivate a data-driven culture.
  • Collaborate with HRIS teams to support system design efforts in service of analytics.

Position Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree and 10+ years of relevant experience; MBA or master's in Social Sciences is a plus.
  • Proficiency in workforce planning, resource management, or Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A).
  • Demonstrated ability to lead large-scale, high-visibility projects involving senior leadership.
  • Advanced proficiency in managing complex systems and datasets.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
  • Excellence in data visualization and analytics tools (e.g., advanced Excel, Power BI); strong presentation skills (PowerPoint).

Key Competencies

  • Exceptional organizational capability; adept at managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines.
  • Clear, authentic, and concise communication, both written and verbal.
  • Deep analytical acumen; comfort with HR systems and data. Preferred background in HR analytics or finance (FP&A).

  • Attention to detail in designing dashboards with leading indicators to elevate awareness and prompt performance actions.
  • Fast learner of business context and stakeholder needs, highly curious and results oriented.
  • Strategic thinker capable of connecting insights to forecasts, goals, and critical workforce indicators.
  • Experience designing new processes and leading change management to ensure lasting adoption.
  • Collaborative, global team player with strong accountability and execution focus.
