Director, Talent/Human Capital Analytics - ITT : Job Details

The Director, Talent/ Human Capital Analytics will translate our strategy into a workforce plan that will deliver the talent needed to drive our business into the future. Working closely with key stakeholders (e.g., business leaders, HRB - Ps, talent acquisition), this key incumbent will anticipate and define the future talent needs of ITT, assess our readiness to compete in the future, and establish talent strategies to shape our talent investments. This leader will deliver optimal workforce capabilities across our business - the right people in the right roles at the right time to execute on our strategy. Essential Responsibilities Design standardized data analytics across ITT with the highest data integrity in all possible dimensions to understand trends, gaps, improvements and deteriorations which will lead toward proactive change.
