Position Overview

You are accountable for building and leading a future-ready global Talent Attraction function that fuels our growth with high-performing, values-aligned talent.

On a day-to-day basis, you will:

  • Design and execute our global talent attraction strategy, embedding our culture and leadership principles into every hiring experience.
  • Build and scale best-in-class hiring systems, practices, and processes that deliver a consistent, inclusive, and white-glove candidate experience.
  • Build a database (CRM) of future talent that nurtures relationships with candidates and helps improve hiring velocity as we grow.
  • Partner closely with Service Line Heads of Talent and Service Line leaders to translate workforce planning into hiring demand and proactive pipeline development.
  • Own and evolve our employer brand and recruitment marketing strategies, ensuring we show up consistently as a destination for purpose-aligned talent.
  • Implement and manage recruitment technologies, including the ATS and CRM, to optimize data capture, user experience, and hiring efficiency.
  • Ensure compliant, values-aligned hiring practices across all geographies and job families.
  • Drive strategic workforce planning in partnership with Talent Ops, Finance, and Business Leaders.
  • Manage and develop a high-performing global TA team, fostering excellence, accountability, and continuous learning.
  • Leverage data and insights to evaluate effectiveness, forecast needs, and continuously refine TA performance and impact.

As a fair, equitable, and open company, we have established transparent compensation ranges, based on skills and experience. Your salary will be competitive and aligned with market data, regardless of your location.

In addition to your base salary and flexible working, you will enjoy market-leading benefits supporting your well-being. You will also have the opportunity to participate in a discretionary profit share, based on company performance.

Pay Range

$165,000—$175,000 USD
