Position Summary...

As Director, Recruitment Marketing in the Walmart Talent Attraction team, you will play a critical role in spearheading our Recruitment Marketing efforts and leading a team responsible for executing campaigns and initiatives to inspire millions to want to work at Walmart.

Working closely with Talent Acquisition delivery leaders, you will create and implement a best-in-class Recruitment Marketing strategy that enables Walmart to attract and engage top talent across key groups. You'll collaborate with partners in Communications, Marketing, Creative, and more to ensure alignment and brand consistency with broader reputation efforts.

About the Talent Attraction Team:

Walmart's Talent Attraction Team comprises three core groups: Employer Branding, Recruitment Marketing, and Talent Sourcing, within Walmart Talent Acquisition. Our purpose is to inspire millions to want to work at Walmart.

What you'll do...
  • Create and implement short- and long-term recruitment marketing strategies to attract and engage high-quality talent.
  • Partner with Communications, Marketing, Creative, and Talent Acquisition teams to ensure cohesive efforts and strategies.
  • Transform recruitment marketing practices and contribute to building a world-class talent attraction function.
  • Lead and empower your team to deliver innovative campaigns that enhance employer brand awareness and increase applicant quality.
  • Collaborate with Employer Branding and Talent Sourcing leaders on shared priorities to position Walmart as a top employer.
  • Use data and insights to continuously refine strategies and improve outcomes.
  • Inspire, coach, and develop your team to foster growth, collaboration, and high performance.
  • Manage and forecast the recruitment marketing budget, developing proposals aligned with strategic needs and maximizing ROI.

What you'll bring...

  • Minimum of 7 years' experience in Recruitment Marketing, Employer Branding, or Digital Marketing, preferably in retail or similar industries.
  • At least 3 years' experience leading and developing teams.
  • Innovative thinking with proven success in attracting talent through new solutions.
  • Comfort with data analysis to inform strategies.
  • Exceptional storytelling skills to craft compelling narratives aligned with employer branding.
  • Proven leadership in managing high-performing teams and fostering engagement.
  • Financial acumen with experience managing large budgets and tracking ROI.

The annual salary range for this position is $110,000.00-$220,000.00, with additional compensation through bonuses and stock options.
