Director, Talent Acquisition Operations - FanDuel Group : Job Details

Were looking for a Director of Talent Acquisition Operations to help us scale, streamline and sharpen how we hire. In this role, youll lead the team responsible for the systems, tools and processes that power our recruiting engine from data and reporting to vendor partnerships and hiring manager training. Youll work closely with recruiters and leaders across the business to improve how we work, drive adoption of new technology, and ensure were delivering a fast, effective and positive hiring experience. In addition to the specific responsibilities outlined above, employees may be required to perform other such duties as assigned by the Company.
