Strategic Leadership Develop and execute a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy aligned with business transformation, workforce demographics, and evolving technology needs. Partner with executive leadership to forecast talent needs and build pipelines for critical roles, including emerging skill areas. Lead workforce planning initiatives in collaboration with talent management, HRB - Ps and business leaders to ensure proactive talent readiness. Operational Excellence Oversee full-cycle recruitment across all levels: executive, professional, entry-level, university, military, and disability hiring. Implement scalable, data-driven recruitment processes and technologies to enhance efficiency, candidate experience, and hiring outcomes.
