Director, Talent Acquisition - FreshDirect : Job Details

The Director of Talent Acquisition will lead the vision, strategy, and execution of FreshDirects talent acquisition function, overseeing recruitment for both exempt and non-exempt roles across the organization. This leader will be responsible for building strong, diverse pipelines, optimizing recruiting processes, and ensuring a high-quality, inclusive candidate experience. The Director will partner with senior leadership to align hiring strategies with long-term business goals and drive initiatives that strengthen FreshDirects employer brand.
