This respected facility is currently hiring a Director – Surgical Services to lead and support its perioperative team.As the Director – Surgical Services, you will provide strategic and operational leadership across the surgical services department, ensuring the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency.   • Oversee daily operations of the Surgical Services department
  • Provide supervisory leadership and support to surgical nursing staff
  • Collaborate with physicians, staff, and the Chief Nursing Officer to address clinical concerns and ensure alignment with hospital policies
  • Ensure delivery of high-quality patient care and exceptional customer service
  • Lead and maintain performance improvement initiatives within the department
  • Participate in hospital-wide Quality Improvement activities
  • Prepare, manage, and monitor departmental budgets and resource allocation
Requirements
  • Current and active Registered Nurse (RN) license
  • Bachelor's or Associate degree in Nursing from an accredited nursing program
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant clinical experience
  • At least 2 years of leadership or supervisory experience in a surgical services or acute care setting
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
