Director Support Services - Surgery Partners : Job Details

Under the general supervision of the Chief Executive Officer, the Director of Support Services is responsible for compliance with regulatory standards related to hospital safety and the Environment of Care. The Director of Support Services acts as the hospital's safety officer. The Director of Support Services participates as a member of the Hospital management team as a professional and technical subject matter expert of the Joint Commission Environment of Care. Designs, implements and evaluates systems to improve the EOC functions of the hospital. The Director takes the lead role in coordinating and developing the needs and establishing the plans for Biomedical Engineering, Safety, Emergency Management, Security, Maintenance, Housekeeping, and Nutritional Services. Ensures the efficient and effective development, operation, and maintenance of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems and all the HVAC systems throughout the facility.
